When will my order ship?
Tracking information will be provided once shipped. All in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items that are made-to-order or custom, such as artwork, may have longer lead times which will be specified on the product description.
How do I return an item?
For stocked décor items, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund (with proof of purchase). All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All artwork sales are final and cannot be returned. What if my item arrives damaged?

Can I get a gift card?
Our shop is currently not set up for gift cards, but it will be a feature we will add soon!
Do you have a designer trade program?
At this time, we do not offer a trade program, however it is something that we hope to add in the future. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be notified when this option becomes available.
Are all of your products organic or fair trade?
Unfortunately, no. We do our best to select vendors that align with our vision of a sustainable home, but not all of our products fall under a category of being recycled, natural, fair trade, and so on. In these cases, we still try to select products that are made of more natural materials -- wood, bamboo, ceramics, etc. It's also important to note that some of our vendors are small businesses, and the cost of becoming certified organic or fair trade can be out of reach.
Where are your products from?
While some items we carry may have a "Made in China" tag, we also have a large range of products made by artisans around the world...Europe, Africa, South America, North America, and more! If you have questions about a particular product's origin, please contact us at email@example.com.
