Hillside Residence

The Hillside Residence is a large-scale remodel that was completed in strategic phases. Starting with reconfiguring the bedrooms and bathrooms, a luxury primary suite was created. Moving into the main areas of the home, slight modifications to the kitchen, dining room, and pantry allowed a more streamlined functional kitchen with lots of storage. Finally, a third phase included a garage addition, and a bonus area featuring a golf simulator, lounge, and theatre, took over the existing garage, adding a large amount of livable square footage to the home. A cozy yet transitional style flows throughout the home, bridging all phases of the project together in a cohesive look.
