Remember in the last PDCo Home Post when I told you how long the floor plan for our home took? And how many times they evolved over the last year? Well I’m finally ready to share these beauties with the world! We couldn’t be happier with how they turned out in the end. And in a matter of days, we are FINALLY breaking ground! Who else is ready to watch it all come to life?!
Some of the overall goals for the home included:
– Main floor living so this can be our forever home
– Capture and frame views of the property
– “Rambling” floor plan to create little nooks and architectural interest
– Master suite that fit our lifestyle…meaning the bathroom/closet is separated from the bedroom for our weird sleep schedules
pdco floor plans
I’ve put the floor plans below, but today I’m also sharing a video where I walk you through the 3D model and talk a bit more about the flow of the space and thinking behind it all.

At this point, we didn’t really NEED a basement. We felt beyond a mechanical room and space for extra storage, our main floor encompassed everything we wanted. After some back and forth, we felt the basement would still be worthwhile. It provides the option to add a future bedroom and a second living/play room. For budget reasons, we are holding off on a garage, so the basement will be important for extra storage!

THE VIDEO TOUR IS HERE!
Below is the video tour showing the rendering of the exterior and main interior features.
I hope this answers some of the questions and fulfills some of the curiosity out there about our plans! After much consideration, I have also decided to sell a limited quantity of the construction plans! If you are interested in building this home, please contact me for inquiries!
